  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotional Offers: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  • $2 Dollar Tuesday: Limited to two customers per week. Terms of eligibility will be outlined on our Instagram page. The Wrist Outlet reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
