Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available for international orders, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic Orders: Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Every shipment is insured for the full purchase price to ensure your peace of mind.
- International Orders: Goods shipped outside the USA may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other import fees in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Order Processing Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders placed by 2:30 PM Eastern Time Monday-Thursday and 12:30 PM Friday are typically shipped the same day.
- Orders received after these cut-off times, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. Please ensure the email address provided during checkout is accurate to avoid delays in receiving updates.
Delivery Terms
- Signature Requirement: For your protection, all orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign, please arrange for an adult to receive the package.
- Credit Card Orders: Orders will only be shipped to the billing address or an alternate address on file with the credit card issuer. Please contact your credit card issuing bank to add alternate delivery addresses.
- PayPal Orders: PayPal orders will only be shipped to addresses associated with the PayPal account.
Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Include the full street name, apartment number, and zip code to avoid delays or returns. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.
- If delivery problems cannot be resolved within 7 business days, the item will be treated as a return, and our return policy will apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

- We will contact the carrier and file an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Insurance claims are typically resolved within 14 days of being filed.
